Hi there,
I took a bit of time out this afternoon to play along with PTI's blog hop this month. I loved the inspiration piece and colours and thought I would use them to create an altered notebook...
I used PTI's Aqua Mist and SU's Daffodil Delight for the cardstock and paper layers - I used Guidelines II, Mendhi Medallions and Butterfly Dreams to create the patterned card panels. I die-cut some white Banner Borders to add at the top and bottom as well as between two of the layers - so easy with that die! I noticed lots of circles in the inspiration piece so I brought this element in with the Guidelines patterns as well as the buttons, polka dots and focal piece. The centre circle (from Take Note) was stamped on Aqua Mist and punched out with a 1 3/4" circle punch then layered on a felt die-cut from the Limitless Layers collection. I added a flower & leaf from Rosie Posie (I shaded a bit of colour onto the flower with copics).
That's all for now... Thanks for stopping by!
